Module 1 Collaborative and remote working tools

This training course provides the basics, methods, and essential resources for collaborative and remote working, as well as internal communication via the Internet: collaborative space and document sharing, calendar, contacts, discussion, forum, project management, collaborative writing, and video conferencing.

This action-based training course allows participants to learn as they design, implement, and use their digital solutions.

The tools used are free and open-source software and free and ethical online services. They respect confidentiality and do not exploit data.

 

Module 2 Communication (websites - social networks - newsletters)

In this module, you will learn how to improve communication and collaboration using open source tools. This course will introduce you to the world of open source software by exploring different platforms. You will learn how to apply these tools to improve efficiency, security, and collaboration within work teams, adapting to a constantly changing digital environment.

Module 3 Multimedia - Create a video report for the web with open source editing software

Are you new to video production? This training course will get you started. Edit your videos for free with the open source software Kdenlive. Learn how to master the basic tools of video editing while adopting the reflexes of professional editors.

 

Module 4 BOffice automation and the Internet

This module is designed to meet the needs of staff and trainers working or collaborating with socio-cultural organizations interested in using free office automation software.

It is a structured training program for free software, including free web browsers, covering various aspects of browser use, customization, and web security.

 

Module 5 Free and ethical digital transition in the socio-cultural sector

This training provides the essential foundations, methods, and resources to ensure collaborative and remote work as well as internal communication via the Internet:

Action-based training that allows participants to learn as they design, implement, and use their digital solutions.

The tools used are free and open-source software and free and ethical online services. They respect confidentiality and non-exploitation of data.

 

Module 6 Digital autonomy, e-inclusion and their impact on daily life and the socio-cultural structure

In this course, you will learn how to promote the positive use of free software, particularly in socio-cultural fields, and how to develop the autonomy of new users of free software.

You will also discover information and communication technologies, the knowledge society, and digital inclusion, as well as the importance of networking.

You will learn how to use the Internet safely and respectfully, what rights are associated with the Internet, and what rules governing the digital world are relevant to your daily work in your organization.
