This course introduces professionals, students, educators, NGO workers, tech staff, and team leaders to the use of free software communication tools to optimize communication and collaboration in professional environments. With a focus on improving efficiency, security, and collaboration, participants will learn about the value and principles of open-source software, and how to apply free tools in contexts such as email, messaging, video conferencing, project management, and social networks. This module combines active learning through practical projects and guided exercises, emphasizing self-management and digital communication skills for remote work. Basic computer literacy and access to a computer with internet are required. Upon completion, participants will be equipped to use these tools in their work, improving collaboration and communication with techniques adapted to the needs of the current digital environment.
